VR maintains a steadfast commitment to serving those with disabilities from minority populations.  With seasonal farming opportunities available, the state attracts a substantial number of migrant workers.  VR assists these workers who, due to a disability, can no longer continue their traditional line of work or who need assistance to continue migrant employment.
